How does hash-only registration work?

I lost my access hash. Can you recover it?

No. Nothing links a hash to a person, so there is no recovery channel and no support override. Store it in a password manager before you close the page; if it is gone, create a new hash and re-purchase access if the old one had a plan.

Why can't I register again from the same connection?

Registration is limited to one account per IP every 10 minutes. It exists to stop automated hash farming. Repeat attempts do not shorten the cooldown — wait it out.

Are VPNs, proxies and hosting exits blocked?

No. They are allowed and only logged as telemetry. Abuse is controlled by per-IP and per-plan request ceilings plus CAPTCHA on suspicious velocity, not by network bans.

Unlimited lookups on Snusbase and Breach.vip, the query history, and CSV/JSON export. Every other module stays locked, and free accounts cannot issue API keys.

All paid plans unlock the full catalogue of 142 modules and MultiSINT fan-out. They differ in duration, request ceilings and API key allowance: weekly is the entry tier, monthly and yearly raise the limits, and Lifetime tiers keep access permanently.

As soon as the payment is confirmed. The plan badge in the console header updates, locked modules open, and your rate ceilings and API allowance move to the new tier without a re-login.

Crypto and gift cards usually confirm within minutes. IBAN transfers depend on your bank and can take a business day. If a plan has not activated after that window, open a ticket in Discord with the payment reference — never your access hash.

No. Access to intelligence data is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all purchases are final. Start on the free tier if you want to evaluate the console first.

Who can create an API key?

Any paid plan. Free accounts have API key creation disabled. The number of simultaneous keys depends on your tier — when you hit the ceiling, delete an existing key before minting a new one.

What happens if I exceed the rate limit?

The API returns 429 with a machine-readable retryAfter, retryAt and the standard Retry-After header. Back off for that many seconds; hammering the endpoint lowers your reputation score and tightens your ceiling further.

How does MultiSINT work?

Select any set of modules — or all of them — and one identifier is dispatched to every selection in parallel, throttled so upstream corpora are never flooded. Results stream in per module and can be exported together.

A module returned zero results. Is it broken?

Usually not. An empty payload means that corpus has no record for that identifier. The status board shows category-level availability, and a genuinely failing module surfaces an upstream error instead of an empty result.

Why does CEXAW Roblox require a paid plan?

It runs a dedicated pipeline — presence, friend graph, groups, badges, name history plus the normalised credential corpus — which is far more expensive per lookup than a single breach query, so it is reserved for paid tiers.

Yes. Every lookup is stored in your history, re-runnable in one click, and exportable as CSV or JSON from the module view or the history page.

Harassment, stalking, doxxing, credential stuffing, resale of raw data and automated scraping outside your plan limits. Authorised security work, fraud investigation and checking your own exposure are fine.

Automated systems tighten your limits and demand CAPTCHA first. Confirmed abuse revokes the hash and every API key attached to it, with no refund.
